Students verify with information already on their HBIU record; faculty/staff verify with either their HBIU Staff ID or the phone number on their approved HBIU faculty record. Verify your HBIU record and choose a password immediately. Students may use the phone number HBIU has on file; faculty/staff use their Staff ID. This route does not depend on an email reset link.

Student verification

Use your HBIU Student Registration Number when you have it. This is especially important for migrated Base44 students whose email or phone may appear on more than one legacy record. You may also use the phone number or date of birth HBIU has on file.

Accepted/enrolled students and migrated faculty/staff do not need to use Google sign-in. If your HBIU Global account has not been created yet, this request can prepare it from an existing HBIU student or staff record. If no email arrives after checking spam, contact Student Services or HBIU Administration and confirm the email address on your record.
